HOW TO BREW THESE TEAS:
Place 3g of tea leaves per serving in a kyusu or teapot.
Pour 150 ml (~5oz) of 212
??F (100??C). cover and let steep for 3 minutes.
Pour into a cup and sip.
Brew Twice: Brew twice using the same leaf (and enjoying up to 4-5 brews with same leaf). use hotter water and increase the steeping time to 60 seconds or more based on preference.
